While we are officially allowed to open for business as usual, we have decided over the weekend to operate in a slightly different way during the current restrictions.
We are doing this to minimise the risk for customers and our staff. So, from Tuesday morning, we will be open but by appointment only. Moving to an appointment arrangement will allow us to adequately control the number of customers in the showroom at any given time.

We will also be receiving new stock and delivering customer orders as usual.

We are delighted to announce that, for the first time, we can offer online Gift Vouchers. So, now you can give a gift from John Dick & Son to someone you care about and let them enjoy the John Dick & Son shopping experience.
It’s straightforward to do. Visit the Gift Voucher page on our website, select the amount you wish to gift, make your payment, and we’ll do the rest. There are three options available to receive Gift Vouchers; we can send it to you, we can send it to the recipient, or you can choose to buy it online and pick it up at the showroom.
The Gift Voucher will be hand-signed and comes in a luxury envelope. The vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed against any purchase for goods or services at John Dick & Son. If the full value of the Gift Voucher is not redeemed on a single purchase, we will be happy to issue a new voucher for the remaining balance.
Now is a time for giving, and this year more than any other, gifts will have greater significance.
