With October around the corner, we say goodbye to our Scottish summer until next year. Schools are back, holidays have been and gone and it’s time to pay some attention on making your home comfortable and cosy in time for the colder months. Introducing the Kingston & Castle Bay range…

You may remember we featured a story in a previous email about the trend for buttoning, this range is a perfect example. Buttoning brings the furniture to life and this is evident in both the Kingston sofa and the Castle Bay chair and small sofa.

The traditional, shapely sofa features large studding on the frame with a choice of pillows on the back and soft luxurious seat cushions. It is available in a choice of natural fabrics with leather piping with accents of tweed and tartan.

It comes in a range of different sizes, perfect for any size room. It is clear from looking at it and relaxing in it that this piece has been designed and crafted with maximum comfort in mind, whilst maintaining it’s robust build and cosy detailing. It well and truly achieves the designers aim of being ‘snuggle ready’ (from £1329).

The Castle Bay is a beautiful deep buttoned fixed scoop seat, available as a sofa or chair. Both the seat and the back of the feature deep buttoning to give a classic, robust feel. The stunning, lattice style design is achieved by placing the buttons at an equal distance apart and folding the fabric between each button.

The wooden frame for both pieces comes from sustainable forests and their shapely legs are hand turned and polished to perfection. Fillings are super soft, mixing feather, foam and fibre. It is available in a choice of gorgeous velvets natural fabric or leather. (Chair from £649, sofa from £959)
